I use Professional Nikon cameras and lenses which help produce high quality images. When necessary, I use professional lighting equipment to subtly enhance rooms that require additional lighting.
Each shot is carefully composed, taking into account the best angles and views of each room. Where possible unsightly items are carefully removed from the shot and replaced back again after the shot is complete.
At larger properties it is often necessary to shoot at least two or three different angles of a room in order to show all of the relevant features. Apart from just capturing the bigger picture at a property, I always challenge myself to find some less obvious and more elusive shots. Be it a small architectural detail, or perhaps the way a column of light illuminates the corner of a room, it is often these small but powerful shots which really help to make a property stand out.
A property which is situated on a sloping site or that is surrounded by stunning countryside greatly benefits from a photograph taken from an elevated position.
I employ 2 different types of camera mounted systems to capture elevated photos. The first system is a 9 metre portable mast which can be set up to capture elevated views from any strategic viewpoint at a property. This is particularly useful in difficult locations where there is little space or where the ground is very uneven.
The second system is a larger 20 metre mast, which mounts onto the rear of my vehicle. This enables me to capture far reaching views of houses, estates or farmland from more remote locations.
I can measure up and produce detailed and accurate RICS compliant floorplans. Plan are drawn in-house on CAD and can be colour coded if required. plans are usually completed with 24 hours of measuring up.
I can add a blue sky to any photograph that requires one.
Unsightly electric cables, reflections, parked cars or marks on floors/ceiling/walls can be removed from photographs.
